(Yoganna by the Sea) is a gentle, energizing, Hawaiian-style yoga class on the beach at Hanalei, Kauai. Donation of $5 or more help these people!

We support Pandemic of Love Kauai and give funds to people who need help because of Covid 19.

Aloha friends…. Sorry I haven’t posted for a while. I am teaching Yoganna chair exercise now at the PrincevilleCommunityCenter every Wednesday morning at 10 AM. People of all ages and abilities are welcome. We have fun with exercise. As soon as summer arrives, I will be teaching “Yoganna in the sea “ again.

Yoganna in the Sea is next Friday, 8/9/2024… mark your calendars now, and get ready for aquasize at Anini beach. Be at the big pavilion at 9 AM and get ready for a fun and energizing work out in the water. Any questions, DM or email me. Donations will be accepted and disperse to Casa De paz in Denver Colorado. They help asylum-seekers, who are released from detention, and need help.
