I just love this! Sharing from a Juice Plus associate of mine!

When I first started sharing Juice Plus with my friends, the number one question they asked was, “How do they fit all those fruits and vegetables in a capsule?” I’d respond, “That’s the best question you could ask! Because if it is possible to actually put whole food, not just fractionated vitamins and minerals, in a capsule, then this is a game changer for our health and wellness.” Then I asked them to imagine trying to fit a tomato 🍅 in a small plastic cup. “It’s only possible if you blend the tomato,” I’d say. “And the amazing thing is the whole food is still there. Its structure has just changed.” Then I told them that a tomato is 94 percent water. “What if we could remove all the water from the blended tomato?” I asked. “Then we could fit a tomato, and many other fruits and vegetables, in a capsule.”

When I first understood this, it completely changed how I thought about fruits and vegetables in a capsule. Now, when I take my JP+ and give it to our kids, I imagine that we’re all literally *eating* 30 different fruits and vegetables every day. Amazing. Yet it makes so much sense.
