Stress... we all have it in some shape or form... some of us more than others. It is a part of everyday life. What we don't realize is how stress affects us in every aspect of our lives. But when our bodies are in this constant state, which in our fast paced society many of us are, our bodies wear down and we become more open to disease. Stress... we all have it. What we can do is learn to respond to it in a healthy way. Massage is a wonderful tool to help you do just that.

My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of one of our nation’s heroes, Charlie Kirk.

I had the privilege of sharing a platform with Charlie at a men’s event. I found him to be a kind and tender man, yet wise and bold in his stand against evil.

Please, everyone pray for his wife Erika, their children, and for the Turning Point USA organization.

I believe with all my heart Charlie has heard the words from Jesus himself: “Well done.”

May his life and his family’s sacrifice embolden the rest of us not to shrink back from speaking the truth of God’s Word.

I’m so proud of you, brother.
