We’re incredibly proud to share that NorBella Prior Lake has been honored with the 2025 American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award this week in Las Vegas, NV.🏆

This prestigious award marks the first step in a national, three-level program recognizing senior living communities that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional quality care and continually improve the lives of their residents.

Accepting the award on behalf of our community was Tom Sandberg, Executive Director joining several other Lifespark communities who were also recognized for their outstanding dedication to quality care. 💜

With over a decade of leadership experience in senior living, David brings deep expertise in strategic growth, process enhancement, and fostering communities where older adults can truly Age Magnificently.

Originally from Cork, Ireland, David earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business from Monmouth College. His career has taken him across the globe, serving in key leadership roles focused on helping older adults find living environments that celebrate life, connection, and purpose.

Outside of work, David is a true family man — spending time with his children and grandchildren, traveling, and discovering unique dining spots wherever he goes.
