Another successful private self defense class in the books!
This group of girls worked hard for 4 weeks and came out with some new skills. We had a lot of fun working with them! 💪

Due to SUMMER ACTIVITIES + lower attendance in our weekend class, we will just be having 1 fitness kickboxing class on Saturday @ 9am.

We will most likely be adding the 2nd one back when fall comes around!
