Who is really behind Simply You? Here is my story. ❤️

I married my high school sweetheart. He has been by my side through every chapter of my life: from late night study sessions, raising our family, and now building Simply You. He is a HUGE part of why I can do what I do today!

My greatest title will always be ‘Mom’. I have 3 amazing kids who are my everything. They are the reason I push myself to dream bigger and pour my heart into Simply You every day.

Chocolate > coffee (yes, I said it)! I love hugs and getting to know people.

Simply You isn’t just a business, it is my passion project. I’ve poured everything into creating a space where people feel comfortable, cared for, and celebrated. Helping others feel confident in their skin lights me up every single day!

Though I’m 17 years in nursing, I feel like I am just getting started. Currently working towards my FNP degree because I believe growth never stops. Every step of my journey has prepared me to serve my patients with knowledge, compassion, and heart!

Girl to girl: what was your “I’m starting my business today” moment?

My “this is it, I’m starting my business” moment came when I realized I just couldn’t let go of the idea of creating a med spa in my hometown—one built on the values of aging with intention, prioritizing skin health, and embracing subtle, natural results. I envisioned a clinic that didn’t just treat patients, but truly educated them—through thoughtful consultations and personalized care plans.

Believe me, I tried to talk myself out of it. It would have been so much easier to stay on the familiar path of my healthcare career, to keep doing what was comfortable. But late at night, the vision of Simply You kept coming back, tugging at me until it was impossible to ignore.

So I took a deep breath and stepped off the clear, paved path in front of me, and onto the bumpy, uncertain terrain of entrepreneurship. It’s been full of long days, highs and lows, challenges and triumphs—but every step has been worth it. I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. 💞
