Jen has been walking the path of healing and energy work for over a decade, guided by a deep devotion to holistic wellness and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. A Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui lineage, Jen completed her apprenticeship in 2019 and has been practicing and teaching Reiki ever since.

Her work is also deeply influenced by sound healing, and she is a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner who integrates tuning forks into sessions to support deep energetic shifts. Known for creating a calm, safe, and nurturing space, Jen helps clients relax, reconnect, and access their own inner guidance.

Jen leads the Green Lotus Reiki Training School and feels deeply honored to support both clients and students on their healing journeys.
