How are you feeling—physically? I keep seeing posts about crud floating around.

My advice? Be prepared. Prevention is better than cure. I love having what we need on hand in case we do catch something. We are armed and ready!

This is what I do:

🥰 Support our immune systems – My green drink, liquid vitamins, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and essential oils. Below is my favorite blend of oils to have on hand.

😴 Rest – Adults need 7-9 hours of sleep. I get a solid 7-8 every night! I set my diffuser with Serenity (sleep blend), read a good book, and fall asleep within minutes. Have you ever noticed that you seem to get sick when you're stressed and sleep-deprived?

🚶🏾‍♀️ Move your body – Walking is great! I love attending group classes at the YMCA. Be sure to move your large leg muscles—it helps with circulation.

🤣 Do something fun – Laugh, draw, paint, watch a favorite movie! This weekend, I laughed until tears came out of my eyes while watching funny videos with my son. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. "A merry heart does good, like medicine."
