What a great turn out we had!! Thank you all so much for coming!!! Matt Lafontaine was amazing with his knowledge of all things green 💚 while Laurakate Gilbertson brought the magic with the sound bath. The intentional tea time and connection was so exciting to see people laughing and enjoy eachothers space.

From Hot Synergy Stones to my Signature Restorative Facial and more, I want my clients to leave not only feeling amazing… but understanding *why* their body and mind feel better!

Creating these handouts honestly excites me 🥰 I love sharing the benefits, the purpose behind each service, and little bits of wellness knowledge that people can take home with them.

Because, the more information we can get the more empowered we are to care for ourselves and truly listen to what our body needs. 🙏
