Add in the Good!
Stop with the starving and depravity. If you add in more fiber or roughage that pulls out the fat from your system you don't have to worry or do metal math of calorie counting.
What does that look like? Greens, Beans, Legumes, Veggies - add them to your plates. Add 1 to one plate, try a little at a time
Just try it. Boil some carrots till soft and splash with EVOO and a dash of Harissa seasoning. Boom. Or open a can a beans (drain and rinse) then add them to your salad like i did in this pic. Trust me your gut will thank you.
