Where focus goes energy flows… the more you try to come up with things to be grateful for, the more things you realize you can be grateful! And it’s such a beautiful thing.
A while ago I had a practice where I would journal every morning 3 things I was grateful that happens the previous day and when I got started it was hard to do. I’d write, “water to drink” just about everyday just so I could fill the lines. But over time, my being thankful for water expanded into the many ways water gives to me. Watering the plants that I eat, having a means to wash my dishes or flush away 💩, making precipitation to nourish the earth, quenching my thirst after a workout. The tool that worked was the daily practice of thinking about things to be grateful for. I was focusing on it and “where focus goes energy flows.” I soon was thinking of all the ways that I am abundantly blessed. Cuz we are!! It was a tool, a practice that I encourage anyone and everyone to try. Try for 3 days and see what changes. And dont you think we could benefit from the added love (and stress reduction)
