So now that the holidays are coming to a close, I can officially share one of the products I tried during the last month.

A big should out to for creating this wonderful product. Daily Stress Formula helped to keep my mind and body balanced during a very hectic time. With only 3 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we crammed a lot in!

What’s jammed in your fridge?
Cottage cheese? Jelly? Leftovers? A half full bottle of some weird drink?

For me? It’s always probiotic! It’s especially important to me this time of year with the scary germs lingering all over the place!

“Mommy, I can have cookies for breakfast?” YES!!! YES, you can!!

I made protein cookies from .
New idea for the school year since school starts 10 minutes earlier and well, a lot can get done in ten minutes! I like to not have to rush.
I want higher protein in the Am for all! These cookies do just that!
They come in at about 14 grams of protein or more depending on how big you make them.
Our kiddo gives them a thumbs up!!
Yes, they have sugar but not as much as some sort of fruity loopy cereal!
I added about 1/2 cup of ground flax seed for extra fiber and omega 3s. If you have a peanut allergy in your home, you could use almond or sunflower butter too! I used vanilla whey protein powder.
I threw a bunch in the freezer so I have some on reserve 💪🏼.

How I love to start my morning:

Being a has really opened my eyes to all of the options has to offer! I will be taking the vitamin d3 with K2 and mag glycinate for probably the rest of my life!

I want to maintain my strong immunity and even stronger bones and teeth all while regulating my stress response! ‡

Happy to say that some of these things have happened in the last few weeks since school has ended (travelling) but not too happy to say a few of these things have happened (GI irregularity)!

When you travel or have any type of change in your normal day to day, your gut takes a hit. Add in being off of your normal sleep schedule and foods your body is used to and you’re destined for some belly upset. *

I experienced this after traveling and being off of my normal schedule for the last 5 weeks! Just wasn’t feeling like my normal self!

I brought back in the yogurt, kombucha, and some sauerkraut but I could tell my body needed more. I added in PureProbiotic and was feeling much better within days. I love the diversity in this product and I love that doesn’t add in unnecessary ingredients!
