FREE training to become a Nurse Aide.
This position is formally titled SRNA (State Registered Nurse Aide) and is commonly referred to as a CNA (Certified Nurse Aide).
• Prior experience NOT required.
• You will receive pay during your on-the-job training and we will also pay for your test to become certified.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What to expect as a Nurse Aide Trainee:
You can look forward to a comprehensive, paid training program that will prepare you to become a certified State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) in the state of Kentucky. Training includes:
• 75 combined hours of instructional training, hands-on clinical training, and job shadowing/mentorship
• Preparation for your Kentucky Board of Nursing Competency Evaluation Examination
After more than a month of training, you’ll feel comfortable and confident in taking your State Competency Evaluation Examination with the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Nurse Aide Trainee, you will be working to become a State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA). Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Provide quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help improve quality of life for residents though individualized care.
• Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
• Create positive resident outcomes.
• Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
• Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
• Successful criminal background check
• Required to pass state approved competency evaluation within 120 days from the date of hire.
