Forrest is a graduate of Cortiva Institute with honors he is also a member of ABMP with a focus on deep tissue/trigger point work, energy foundations, myofascial release, orthopedic, and cupping. Forrest is also skilled with hot stones, swedish, and aromatherapy.

Jody is a graduate of cortiva Institute in Cromwell Connecticut with 900 hours of both classroom and Hands-On clinical training she is swedish deep hot stones and many more techniques. In an addition to being our lead therapist she is also the general operations co-manager and assistant in all of our day-to-day operations at all three of our locations.
