With the longer days and beautiful weather, we expect attendance to slow down a bit… but instead, we had a full house 🤍 Proof that taking time to pause and restore is needed in every season.

A little inspiration + Flashback Friday

Building something from nothing takes more than just an idea. It takes courage, consistency, and a belief in what you’re creating long before it fully exists.

Along the way, there will always be opinions, comparisons, and noise. Let it be that. Stay focused on your vision, your purpose, and why you started in the first place.

This was our first studio, just 400 square feet. Ten people was our max, and even then it often meant students were standing at the entrance or tucked behind a wall near the bathroom just to be part of it.

And still, it was everything 🤍

It’s high energy, the music goes up, and the vibes keep you moving from warm up to cool down. If you can flow through a vinyasa, aka flow, with the foundation of breath and movement, you can sculpt. We offer both 3 lb and 5 lb weights, and just like any class you attend, you move at your own pace and listen to your body.

And most importantly, we honor the pause, final relaxation savasana.

Reserve your spot on Mindbody and try to arrive a few minutes early. Parking might take a little creativity, and since everyone leaves at once, it’s okay to block each other. Front spots are easiest, and the downhill driveway behind the building could be slick, so watch your step. With longer days and some hopeful sunshine, let’s pray it melts away soon!
