Our assisted living/personal care facility has experience in helping residents with dementia and Alzheimer's stage I and II care. Every staff member that works for our facility is trained to handle any type of care needed for each of our residents. Our facility has a social atmosphere to allow our residents to keep up with their active lifestyle. We specialize in memory care and our facility was designed with resident's needs in mind. We encourage family members to visit their loved ones any time of the day and sign them out if they want to leave the facility.

We are so excited to recognize Makeltie as our Employee of the Month! Even though she only joined our team back in October, it already feels like she’s been part of the Makeltie family for so much longer. From day one, she has jumped right in with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic that truly shines.

Makeltie is always on time, never calls out, and consistently shows up ready to give her best. She’s a true team player who’s always willing to help wherever she’s needed, and her reliability and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Our residents had a glow-tastic time at Lights Under Louisville on Monday!

We ventured underground to experience the magical Christmas light display inside the Louisville Mega Cavern, and it did not disappoint. From sparkling tunnels to festive scenes around every turn, it was a wonderful way to celebrate the season together.

After our Hallmark House Door Decorating Test, social media had the final say and with an overwhelming 21 votes, Ms. Marcia’s door captured the most Christmas spirit! Honestly… the door matching her next-level Christmas spirit just feels right with her sweater, tree hat, and all!!

Thank you to everyone who voted and helped spread the holiday cheer. We loved seeing the creativity, joy, and festive fun throughout the halls!

Today’s activity was sweet in more ways than one!
Our residents had a wonderful time making adorable snowmen using marshmallows, skewers, and chocolate chips with our amazing Activities Director. This hands-on activity was a fun way to work on fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity. All while enjoying lots of laughter and holiday cheer.
From carefully stacking marshmallows to placing tiny chocolate chip details, everyone did a fantastic job. And of course, a little taste-testing made it even better!
