Windsong Dental is changing office hours. We will be open Monday to Thursday from 7am to 5 pm and Friday from 7am to 3 pm.
For the first 3 years, as a start-up dental practice, we had to give Windsong Dental everything we had. We set a very high bar for both our doctors and other team members, asking them to work 12 hours a day (in fact, more, considering all behind-the-scene work that a new dental office required). And everyone responded with willingness and enthusiasm.
At this point, we truly feel that we owe our team members an opportunity to spend a bit more time with their families and loved ones in the evenings. That way everyone will be
more refreshed, even more enthusiastic and ready to provide the best dental care and individual attention to our patients.
We are still going to maintain our early-morning hours – the most requested and popular time with our patients.
For us, what we do as dentists, is not a sprint, but a marathon, our life’s calling. So, we want every team member of Windsong Dental to be at their happiest and most fulfilled for the long road ahead. And we feel that the right life-work balance is the key to providing unmatched dental care!
