KidStrong Prosper KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids.

KidStrong is Athletic Play—a new kind of activity for kids ages 1-11 that builds confidence, character and family connection through science-based fitness games led by expert coaches. Our program is designed with the whole child in mind, focusing on three key pillars: Character, Physical and Cognitive development. We teach kids to believe in themselves, show parents their kid’s superpowers and help families grow together in moments of celebration and showing off.
