Strength60- keeps your body guessing with innovative training methods that rotate daily to focus on building muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and improving your anaerobic threshold with an emphasis on functional training. 60 minutes of all-out effort bringing your body to full fatigue when completed. HIITyasa- intense workout in infrared heat combining strength training, anaerobic cardio burst (HIIT), and dynamic functional movement (power vinyasa yoga). The most challenging workout designed to press your mental and physical limits. The strength training, anaerobic cardio, and infrared heat, delivers a 3-fold after-burn affect that will leave you burning calories up to 24hrs after class is over. It is a complete mind body experience. TurnUp Dance Fitness- all about positive energy and making fitness fun! Using today’s R&B music and party lights; we combine simple choreography with fitness movements that result in a high calorie burn and a smile on your face. 55min of complete cardio designed to make you love fitness.
