🔥 Move of the Week: Lunge, Standing Split, Donkey Kick 🔥

Advanced:
- Start by lunging one foot backwards keeping your front knee at a 90° angle
- Keep your chest up before going down into a standing split. Put all fingertips on the mat, head facing down, and back leg straight back in the air.
- To donkey kick, you will bend your leg bringing your knee in and kicking back out.
- Bring your leg back down to the mat.
- Continue for 1 minute!

Modified:
- Lunge back halfway, put your hand on your knee versus on the ground and do a small donkey kick back.
- Other options include using dumbbells to rest your hands versus the mat.
