💪 Want bigger arms? It’s not just about endless curls.

Here are the 3 keys for building big arms that actually work:

1️⃣ Be consistent with your elbow position. No swinging or chicken winging!

2️⃣ Train them BEFORE chest and back. The prioritization rule; if it’s important to you, put it early in a workout.

3️⃣ Train them FREQUENTLY. Rather than just one all out arm session a week, I like to get intense sets 2-4x per week.

Don’t miss the bonus; it’ll take you a long way! Putting them through these compound movements helps ensure we’ve taken them to true failure and through their full contractile range.
