Cocoon Connection is back 💖

Join us for this 75 minute pop-up workshop where participants have the chance to connect with themselves and everyone’s favorite restorative Trapeze pose, Cocoon!

You’ll start off with some light stretching to be introduced to this amazing suspension tool and help release tension before making our way into a comfortable savasana resting posture we like to call Cocoon, allowing comfort for the remainder of the workshop 🥰

During this restful state, you will be fully supported to experience conscious breathwork as well as a short guided visualization aimed to cultivate a feeling of loving kindness within/without 💞

A beautiful experience for ANY level or practitioner, perfect for beginners wanting to try out the trapeze!

This beginner-friendly workshop takes place monthly and will guide you through 3–5 foundational poses (with plenty of modifications) plus+ give you {extra} support for your very first inversion 💓

We’re excited to share that Free Spirit Wellness is transitioning into a boutique-style wellness space!

What does that mean? ⤵️
More personalized practices, smaller class sizes, and intentional offerings designed with YOU and nurturing your wellness journey in mind 🌿

Starting September 1st:
• Weekly Member Classes focused on small group personalization (limited to 6 students)
• A fresh class schedule (✨ new Gentle Vinyasa Flow on Thursdays @ 8:30 AM!)
• 2 monthly Introduction to Trapeze (Level 1) Community Classes (open to drop-ins; $20)
• Growing on-demand library full of class replays & recorded practices (Now live!)
• Expanded 1:1 sessions, private parties, collaborations, workshops & retreats opportunities

💫 New Membership Structure 💫
$145/month = 10 class credits + on-demand library access + 10% off privates/workshops/parties.
