New to Trapeze Yoga or always wanted to try?

This beginner-friendly workshop takes place monthly and will guide you through 3–5 foundational poses (with plenty of modifications) plus+ give you {extra} support for your very first inversion 💓

Come as many times as you’d like to build confidence before joining our Level 1 community classes — no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play!

More personalized practices, smaller class sizes, and intentional offerings designed with YOU and nurturing your wellness journey in mind 🌿

Starting September 1st:
• Weekly Member Classes focused on small group personalization (limited to 6 students)
• A fresh class schedule (✨ new Gentle Vinyasa Flow on Thursdays @ 8:30 AM!)
• 2 monthly Introduction to Trapeze (Level 1) Community Classes (open to drop-ins; $20)
• Growing on-demand library full of class replays & recorded practices (Now live!)
• Expanded 1:1 sessions, private parties, collaborations, workshops & retreats opportunities

We are taking a much-needed rest from teaching this Monday to enjoy some summer vacation over the weekend and tend to our energy, honor our own wellness rhythms, and continue to reflect on how Free Spirit can best support our community moving forward 🙏

We’ll be back soon — classes will resume on Tuesday with an upcoming schedule adjustment that will be announced soon 💞

What an unforgettable weekend at Feelin’ Aligned in the Vines 3rd Annual Yoga & Wellness Festival this past Sunday 💖☀️ — even with the extreme heat, the energy, connection, and community were absolutely radiant - THANK YOU to every single person who showed up, moved with us, supported local, and made the magic real!

We’re eagerly anticipating the announcement that we’ll be sharing of our total donation raised for Heartlinks Hospice Care very soon — your participation helped make a real impact 🫶

✔️ MainStage Check-In Opens at 9:30 AM

✔️ MainStage Entrance is through the Wit Cellars tasting room—head out the back door to the patio (look for signs!)

✔️ Bring:

– Plenty of water! The sun will be OUT in full force, a reminder to start hydrating today & bring a refillable water bottle (we’ve got a water station!)

– Sunscreen, a hat, and personal shade if possible (for those attending the mainstage) ☀️

– Comfortable clothes for movement if attending the mainstage

– Snacks or cash/card for the food truck (no outside alcohol please—Wit’s tasting room will be open!)

✔️ Overflow parking is available by Sister to Sister and Corks & Taps (a short walk to Wit Cellars)

🌀 Hula hoops, bubbles, and community art will be waiting to play with too—fun for both kiddos and grown-ups!

Lacey Steensland is the founder of Lifted Lotus Yoga Collective and has been practicing yoga for over 22 years. For the past 9 years, she’s dedicated herself to guiding others—creating spaces where yoga is accessible, inclusive, and heart-centered 💕

Through Lifted Lotus, Lacey leads a collective of 28 passionate instructors who offer over 30 donation-based classes each week, making yoga available to all. Her mission is rooted in community, connection, and the belief that yoga should meet people exactly where they are!
