Smiling Pup Designs, For Dapper Dogs And Their People After many years of trying out different styles and brands of collars and other dog accessories, we decided to create our own line of items for dapper dogs and their people. Based in the Horse Heaven Hills of central Washington state, we are active outdoor enthusiasts and have had difficulty finding reasonably priced collars and other accessories that would hold up to the active lifestyle that we lead. Being a scenic and wildlife photographer, as well as a fire and emergency services photographer, I am always looking for products that will withstand the sometimes harsh atmosphere that we are faced with, so in addition to our ribbon collars, we have a growing line of gear made from re-purposed firefighter turnouts for both you and your dogs. We are avid supporters of pet rescue organizations and hope to help the cause through our sales here. A portion of every sale is donated to pet rescue.
