A little glimpse into some of the meals prepped in May!

Balanced. Nourishing. Colorful. Simple. Creative. Supportive.

I think food is such a powerful form of self-care when it shifts from restriction and stress… into nourishment and intention.

Not chasing perfection. Not obsessing over every ingredient. Not trying to control the body.

Just learning how to support it.

Protein. Fiber. Carbs for energy. Healthy fats. Variety. Meals that are satisfying, grounding, and enjoyable.

Some weeks that looks like meal prep bowls. Some weeks it’s giant salads loaded with color and texture. Comfort meals made more supportive. Overnight oats. Easy staples that help life feel a little more resourced.

To me, wellness has become less about extremes and more about consistency, awareness, and building a life that actually feels sustainable.

Food is a huge part of that. If you want any of the recipes just drop a comment and i'd love to share! ✨

The more presence i allow, the more I realize how intelligent the body really is.

Not just physically… but emotionally, mentally, and energetically too.

The body is always adapting. Always communicating. Always responding to the environment we create for it.

Sleep. Stress. Movement. Food. Pressure. Stillness. Safety. Connection. Overstimulation. Rest.

Nothing happens in isolation.

I think we’ve been conditioned to immediately see symptoms as something “wrong” but often the body is simply asking for awareness.

Tension has information. Fatigue has information. Anxiety has information. Even the inability to slow down has information.

The body speaks long before it screams.
Having a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to recalibrate when we actually listen instead of override.

Not through punishment. Not through force. Not through constantly trying to fix ourselves.
But through awareness. Consistency. Support. Presence.

There’s something powerful about approaching wellness from a place of respect instead of war.

The body wants to move toward balance when we create the conditions for it.

There comes a point where holding onto what once fit can become heavier than allowing yourself to evolve.

Growth is uncomfortable because it asks us to release old identities, old structures, old versions of ourselves that once made sense.
But life moves in seasons.

What nourished you five years ago may not be what aligns now.

That doesn’t make the past wrong.
It doesn’t erase what was meaningful.
It simply means you’ve grown.

I’m learning that evolving doesn’t always look loud or dramatic. Sometimes it looks like quietly listening to yourself again.

Creating more space.
More alignment.
More intention.
More honesty about what feels sustainable and life-giving.

You are allowed to change directions.
You are allowed to outgrow things.
You are allowed to begin again.

There is strength in honoring both the gratitude for what was and the courage to step into what’s next. 🌿

There’s something powerful about stepping away from the noise long enough to actually hear yourself again.

This October I’ll be hosting my 5th Annual Silent Retreat — a space to slow down, breathe, regulate, reflect, rest, and reconnect beneath the constant stimulation and urgency of everyday life.

No pressure to perform.
No need to be “on.”
No endless notifications or expectations to keep up.

Just space.

Space to notice your body.
Space to listen inward.
Space to remember what it feels like to simply be.

Over the years, this retreat has become one of the most meaningful things I offer. Watching people soften, reconnect to themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded is something I never take lightly.

If you’ve been craving deep rest, reflection, clarity, or reconnection with yourself, this may be exactly what your system has been asking for.

October 8–11 • Smithfield, Utah

A few spots are still available. Message me if you’d like details. 🤍

As May draws to an end and summer begins life gets a little busier, this is your reminder to create space to slow down.

Our nervous systems were not designed to be in constant go mode.

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do for our mind, body, and spirit is simply pause, breathe, and allow ourselves to be held.

Join me for a Sound Bath Meditation at Hyde Park Studio on June 2nd at 7:00 PM.

This class is a chance to rest deeply, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

This offering is open to adults and youth, making it a beautiful opportunity to introduce the next generation to the power of stillness, mindfulness, and inner connection.

Whether you come on your own or bring someone you love, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, centered, and restored.

So much of what we call “productivity” is really just conditioned urgency.

The constant need to do more.
Fix more.
Push harder.
Stay busy.

For a long time, I thought that if I just worked harder, moved faster, and held everything together, I would eventually feel at peace.

But healing has taught me something different.

Peace doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from learning that your worth was never dependent on how much you could accomplish.

Sometimes the most transformative work is not found in pushing harder, but in slowing down enough to listen.

To your body.
To your mind.
To the parts of you that have been asking for rest.

True wellness is not about optimizing every part of your life.

It’s about creating a relationship with yourself that feels grounded, sustainable, and supportive.

Mind.
Body.
Spirit.

When those parts are working together, life begins to feel less like something you’re trying to control and more like something you’re learning to trust.

What if slowing down isn’t falling behind?

What if it’s the way back to yourself?

I wanted to come on here and share a little more about what I’ve been building and stepping into.

For those of you who are new here, and for those of you who’ve been following me for a while, this is really the heart of what I’m about.

Over the past while, I’ve been refining, rebuilding, and getting really clear on how I want to show up and support people.

A lot of you know me through yoga, breathwork, retreats, and the more experiential side of things and that’s still very much a part of what I do. I’ll continue hosting my annual silent retreats and offering classes at the Hyde Park studio. That space isn’t going anywhere 💗

But what’s been growing behind the scenes is something deeper and more structured.
I’ve been working with women 1:1 on helping them build consistency, strength, and a sustainable relationship with their body, nutrition, and lifestyle. Not just quick fixes, but actual change that lasts.

It’s not separate from the work I’ve always done… it’s an integration of it.

The nervous system work. The awareness. The patterns. Paired with structure, training, and real-life application.

That’s the direction I’m stepping more fully into.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, inconsistent, or like you know what to do but can’t seem to actually do it… this is the space I’m creating.

And if you’re here for classes, retreats, or just being in that environment don't worry that’s still here too.

If you need an updated booking link for classes or want info on coaching, just message me and I’ll get you set up.

I’m really excited about this next phase. It feels a lot more aligned with how I actually want to help people. 💗
