We’re looking for a full-time Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our naturopathic medicine practice in Providence, RI.

What you’ll do:

Greet & schedule patients

Manage calls & patient inquiries

Assist with lab orders, supplement sales & inventory

Support our providers & keep the office running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn

Proficiency in Word, Excel & basic computer skills

Prior medical admin experience preferred

Passion for health & wellness

Pay & Perks:

$25/hr
