With spring sports in full swing and summer right around the corner ☀️⚾️🏈 it’s the perfect time to talk about keeping your kids’ skin safe, clean, and protected during all that activity!
Here are a few quick tips for healthy skin during sports season:
🏃♂️ Shower ASAP after practices and games to remove sweat, dirt, and bacteria.
🧼 Don’t share equipment like helmets, hats, towels, or water bottles.
🧴 Clean gear regularly (especially pads and helmets!) to prevent breakouts and skin infections.
☀️ Apply sunscreen daily — even on cloudy days. Reapply during long outdoor events.
👕 Change out of sweaty clothes quickly to help prevent irritation and rashes.
