IYS is currently offering 20 in studio and live-stream classes weekly. We have a fully equipped yoga studio including mats, blankets, straps, and blocks for each student. The Dharma Wall Rope System, a Tressler, and numerous benches for various uses are available for all to use in their practice.

Instead of resisting stress, yoga teaches us how to transform it through conscious movement, breath, and awareness.
