Just a few simple, but meaningful things to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. We may not always think too much about these things, but they truly are something to be grateful for, always. 🦃🍂🤍

You can stop the spiral. Turn on your favorite song, or your favorite show. Call a loved one. Get outside for a walk with the dog. Take some time for self-care. Overthinking doesn’t have to rule your life. You can break the cycle and feel at peace–you just have to figure out what works best for you. 🫶

Proud of you. 🤍

Truly. 🫶 You deserve to have someone that loves, respects, and understands you. 🤍

In this week’s Mindful Minute, Chelsea discusses how to say no without guilt, especially around the holidays. Setting boundaries to help prevent overwhelm helps protect your peace, and your family's.

It isn’t always easy to say no, but sometimes it’s the best thing to do. At the end of the day, the holidays can be draining, and knowing when to say no, and say no without guilt, can really help you and your family to have the best holiday season possible. 🫶

A couple photos of our very own Ashley Stahle at a Northern Utah Emotionally Focused Therapy Community event!

More on this event from Ashley:

NUEFT put on another incredible externship for therapists learning how to more effectively implement Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy into their practice.

I loved witnessing Kathryn de Bruin weave through this model with one of my couples, attuning to their process masterfully. When you work so vulnerably with clients, you want to preserve their progress and protect their bond as much as possible, so bringing them to a training with 40 people can feel both raw and protective for them (and their therapist)!

Presenting their case to the group and debriefing after our session helped me further embody this model and feel how sustainable it is for individuals, couples, and families. 10/10 recommend!
