I don’t even know where to begin with this review, which is weird because getting laser hair removal is the only thing I have been able to talk about for months now. I am quite literally driving my family insane. I one thousand percent recommend it to anyone who will listen and even roped my sister into doing laser hair removal. What can I say, Shannon is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all professional. From the first session any doubts I had disappeared and I noticed results really quickly. Couple of sessions in and I don’t even shave anymore and my skin looks so much better. I was also surprised at how fast and painless the sessions are. Deciding to do laser hair removal is one of the best investments I have ever done for myself. At the beginning i was hesitant to try laser hair removal, but my sister (who is also doing laser hair removal) persuaded me to book an appointment with Shannon Brown and that i won’t regret it. She was right - Shannon has been amazing since day one, going over all the questions I have, easing all my anxiety. She really takes the time to connect with people so that you feel super comfortable and at home. I started to see results early on and as a added bonus a clearer complexion. I am Hispanic with tons of hair(like a lot!!!) and darker than normal underarms so I was extremely worried on how that would affect the process, but thankfully I have seen a significant improvement on my skintone/pigmentation which really made me feel like a whole new person. - Kachlin Rodriguez

I don’t even know where to begin - the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. Dr Luciano and his staff went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from consultation to surgery to follow-up. Dr. Luciano’s practice is an amazing combination of a skillful surgeon and an exceptionally friendly staff, and the success of his practice proudly puts both on display. Regardless of what they had going on, anytime I was in contact with them, they made me feel like I was the only patient they had. Speaking of contact, Dr. Luciano made himself available at all times before and after my procedure, clearly exhibiting his commitment to the well-being and recovery of his patients. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish, and this might sound absurd, but even the procedure itself was great. If you strictly commit to post-op instructions, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll heal up. I’m only 6 weeks out and already back to some of my regular activities. The results speak for themselves and I can’t wait to see how things look a few months down the line. Truly a life changing experience. He is sure to talk you through whatever procedure you may be doing and to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions answered. I am 3 days post-op of my surgery and I am already so pleased with my results! Dr. Luciano really goes above and beyond when it comes to his patients. He is honest and does not give you false hope. He was wonderful when it came to any and all questions that I had, I really felt like he saw me as a person. He is very down to earth and personable and he does not see his patients as just way to make quick money. He takes his time to make you feel comfortable and he even talks you through each step of the surgery. He could probably tell that I was a little nervous and apprehensive on the day of my surgery and unbeknownst to him he made me feel so much better by just engaging in a normal conversation with me. He shared some personal experiences and stories with me and treated me not just as a patient, but as a friend. I really appreciated that more than he will ever know. His wife is quite lovely as well, she also made my experience so much more enjoyable. And all of his staff deserve recognition as well, they are wonderful and friendly. Abdomen liposuction: The staff at Skinsational are very professional and very patient oriented. Feels like one big family. Dr Luciano, Carla, Karen Maria and all the ladies at the facility were very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable from consultation to post op apt. Lab work done by facility. They follow up to Make sure you are doing well and ready to answer any questions you may have. Always picked up my phone when I contacted the office with warmth.
