Life can get overwhelming, and carrying it all on your own isn’t easy. You don’t have to have everything perfectly balanced to deserve support. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s a space where you can slow down, sort through what you’re holding, and learn how to carry it in a way that feels lighter.
