This week we invite you to meet Julie Jett, HR Director, an integral part of our incredible team!
Julie began her career in long-term care at an assisted living community, working as a Business Office/Human Resource Manager. It didn’t take long for her to realize how much she truly enjoyed working with the elderly and how much there is to learn from them. That community quickly became her home away from home.
After three years, she transitioned to the nursing home side of long-term care and has never looked back. Julie discovered that her true passion is helping people—whether it’s supporting employees or caring for residents. She believes everyone needs someone who will listen and care, even when not every problem can be solved.
