As we wrap up our 12 days of holiday wellness, we’re reminded that caring for your mental health isn’t something that ends with the season—it’s something you can carry with you year-round. Whether it’s setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, staying active, or leaning on your support system, small, intentional choices can make a big difference.

As the holidays come to a close, give yourself permission to reflect on what you need, celebrate what you’ve made it through, and step into the new season with compassion for yourself and others. You’re doing the best you can—and that is enough. 💛
