As we wrap up our 12 days of holiday wellness, weâre reminded that caring for your mental health isnât something that ends with the seasonâitâs something you can carry with you year-round. Whether itâs setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, staying active, or leaning on your support system, small, intentional choices can make a big difference.
As the holidays come to a close, give yourself permission to reflect on what you need, celebrate what youâve made it through, and step into the new season with compassion for yourself and others. Youâre doing the best you canâand that is enough. đ
