Our office will be open regular hours this week, but will be closed the full week of Christmas (12/22-12/26)

We will be back in office the following Monday, December 29th and Tuesday December 30th. We will again be closed December 31 and January 1st.

we wanted to give you plenty of notice before we were out of the office to get prescriptions and supplements filled if needed.

Today Dr. Ohling is talking about Menstruation.
We will also be doing an upcoming video about symptoms during menstruation and what causes them, but in this video Dr. Ohling talks about what your period should look like.
Did you know:
- a cycle length should be a length of 28 days +/- a day
- women should bleed 3-5 days with no more than one heavy day
-women should have MINOR cramping, and irritability

This isn’t the case for a lot of women- stay tuned for our next video talking about symptoms during menstruation. This could include acne, bloating, breast tenderness, headaches, heavy bleeding, and mood issues. We will also talk about what could be causing them and how we can help.

Let’s talk Therapeutic Phlebotomy

In this video Dr. Ohling talks about therapeutic phlebotomy. Occasionally we have patients who are on testosterone replacement therapy whose red blood cell count is too high. We monitor this closely at appointments, and if it is too high and they are unable to donate blood, we are able to pull blood off at our office. 🩸

SEMAGLUTIDE UPDATE

We are still able to get and prescribe Semaglutide for patients, however the pharmacy we get it from has had an increase in orders and their turn around time is currently 12-14 business days. If you are waiting for your order it should be coming! Just a little slower than normal, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding!
