Holistic treatments that feed your spirit and repair your body. Using several modalities to create a

East Side Escape offers therapeutic healing sessions combing the physical properties of massage therapy, along with the healing energy of Reiki to help balance and restore the mind-body connection. Some of the benefits of massage include decreased anxiety and depression, reduced fatigue, relieve migraine pain, reduces spasms and cramping, promotes tissue regeneration. The healing properties of Reiki help promote a positive mind and a healthy body, by releasing blocked energy within the body and aura. Creating deep relaxation allowing the body and mind to release stress and tension. Other healing services such as aromatherapy, crystal therapy, and chakra balancing also can be added to any healing session.
