For Clinicians: Write faster, think more functionally, and document what actually happened in session. The Functional Process Note Practice Tool helps clinicians streamline notes while strengthening ACT-in-context reasoning. Instead of summarizing content, the tool guides attention to context, function, workability, and therapeutic movement over time. Clinicians use it after sessions, in supervision, or across cases to track patterns and build conceptual fluency. Over repeated use, it speeds up documentation while reinforcing FC / RFT / ACT-consistent language and Evoke → Model → Reinforce intervention structures. Ideal for clinicians who want their notes to support learning, not just compliance.

An AI trained by Todd Schmenk to help you organize your Functional Process Note and get ACT/FC/RFT-informed case guidance.

Not knowing where to start with mental health support in Rhode Island is more common than you think :white_heart:
Many people arrive here quietly — something doesn’t feel the way it used to, but it’s hard to put into words.
You might find yourself wondering:
Do I really need therapy?
Is this serious enough?
What if I choose the wrong option?
Here’s what we want you to know :sparkles:
Not knowing where to start isn’t a problem to fix. It’s often the most honest place to begin.
As therapists practicing here in Rhode Island, we meet thoughtful, capable people every day who feel unsure about reaching out.
That uncertainty isn’t weakness — it’s awareness :seedling:

With the new season, I’m shifting my routine:

Morning: Get up at 6:30am, no matter what.
Workday: Make sure I get a 20 minute walk in
Evening: Read an actual book, no blue light, 30 minutes before bedtime

These are some of the ACT informed, values based actions that I am personally using.
You can find specific ones that work best for you as well.
