Yall I get it. Trying something new or re-committing to it can be intimidating. That hesitation is exactly why I created March Madness.
A few things I want you to know first:
1️⃣ You don’t need to be flexible to begin
Flexibility isn’t a requirement, it’s something that builds after you show up consistently.
2️⃣ It’s allowed to feel awkward at first
New movement always does. Strength, coordination, and confidence come with time, not perfection.
3️⃣ Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all
Your body, energy, and nervous system are unique. The goal isn’t looking like you’re in a yoga magazine, it’s finding what actually supports you.
March Madness is designed to help you:

🖤 Try different styles to see what your body needs
🖤 Stay consistent with live classes, accountability, and prizes
🖤 Practice without pressure, judgment, or “perfect yogi” vibes
Yoga adapts to you, not the other way around.
