If you’re looking for a new way to boost your mood, improve your flexibility and balance, and get rid of aches and pains, our studio is for YOU. Beginners are welcome in every class - no experience or flexibility needed. We take you through every posture and exercise step by step so that anyone can follow along and feel amazing.
We currently offer 50+ weekly classes at our two studios in Providence and Bristol, with regular classes in hot (Bikram) yoga, warm Yin yoga, and Inferno Hot Pilates.
Just breathe - everything else is optional. See you on the mat!
