We’ve reached that point in winter where we’re become houseplants, savoring every sliver of sunlight in the studio…

Good news!! Our team was able to get to the Providence facility and we are able to start offering classes again. We will offer just one Core Fire class tonight with Honore at 7pm and then get back to regular schedule tomorrow.

There may still be a handful of cancellations in case any staff are still stuck, so please continue to check the app and make sure your regular class is "on."

⬇️ Important parking info for PVD ⬇️

Please avoid parking in the lot behind the studio for now. There is still a LOT of snow that needs to be removed and we don't want to take away spots from the residents!

Instead, please park in our designated lot on the corner of Valley & Delaine St. There is also another free lot diagonally across the street with lots of space! You can view a map on our Story. Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than usual so that you have time to park and walk carefully over to the studio!

As a reminder, you can cancel your reservation with no penalty up to 3 hours before class. I know tons of folks are still snowed in and won't make it back for a couple more days. If you cannot make it, just let us know so that we're not waiting for you!

Great news! Our Bristol studio will re-open for regular classes starting at 8 am tomorrow! (Yes, Shirley's hot yoga class is back on the schedule!!) Miraculously, the travel ban has been lifted, the lot has been plowed, and our teachers have dug out!

We will need a biiiit more time in Providence since snow removal at that property is VERY challenging and many staff are still stuck. We hope to offer a few classes again tomorrow night, but we'll keep you posted. 🤞

I know that some neighborhoods are okay and some are TOTALLY not okay yet, so please use your *best* discretion while travelling locally. Nobody needs to get stuck in a snowbank on the way to yoga! I think everyone's getting a crazy upper body workout from moving all of this snow!!

Keep an eye on our schedule, and we will keep you posted as we slooowly ease back into regular operations. Be safe and stay warm!

I hope everyone has made it safely through this historic blizzard!! We are still working on digging out and will keep everyone posted on reopening.

Meanwhile.... I just received notice of an unfortunate last-minute cancellation for our March 7th - 14th trip to St Croix. If you are ready for sunshine and palm trees right now, this is your opportunity!!

Rest and resistance are interconnected, something that Rosa Parks wholeheartedly believed as she practiced yoga later in life. This is an important reminder for us all – especially with the heavy news that has flooded our feeds and community.

Rest helps us stay grounded, so that we can continue pushing for a better future. It allows us a chance to recharge so that we can continue resisting without wearing ourselves out.

If you’re feeling worn down, take a breath. Do something that helps you come back to yourself. You may feel like taking a break is the same as mentally “checking out,” but it’s necessary as we navigate the challenges each day brings.

Do what you can with the body (and mindset) you have today. Be rested and ready to support one another, no matter what tomorrow may bring.

1️⃣ Crazy 8’s & Weights — Mondays 7:15–8:00 PM (starts Mon Feb 16) (non-heated)
This workout is exactly what it sounds like—in the best way. We’re taking moves and stacking them into a pyramid-style circuit that builds, burns, and keeps your brain on its toes. You’ll start small and climb your way up, as the moves shift sequence and the sweat really kicks in (even without the heat!). Every round adds a little spice, challenges your strength and cardio, and dares you to keep moving!

2️⃣ Hells Bells — Fridays 8:00 AM (starts Fri Feb 20)
Our fitness members have been begging for more times, so we’re fitting in another class! This kettlebell conditioning class is done in the hot room and will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

If you’re looking for a new way to boost your mood, improve your flexibility and balance, and get rid of aches and pains, our studio is for YOU. Beginners are welcome in every class - no experience or flexibility needed. We take you through every posture and exercise step by step so that anyone can follow along and feel amazing.

We currently offer 50+ weekly classes at our two studios in Providence and Bristol, with regular classes in hot (Bikram) yoga, warm Yin yoga, and Inferno Hot Pilates.

Just breathe - everything else is optional. See you on the mat!
