Since it's been awhile posting on here, I'd like to reintroduce myself.

🌿 Welcome! I’m Rachael, a Rhode Island licensed massage therapist practicing since 2009.

My goal is to support whole-body well-being through a more holistic approach to massage therapy. Every body is unique and always shifting—my work is about helping you return to balance, one session at a time.

I use all-natural, herbal oils and creams that are better for your body, creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can fully relax and begin to heal.

🌺 Each massage is custom-tailored to what you and your body need that day. Some of the techniques I may incorporate include:
• Swedish & Lomi Lomi (long, relaxing strokes)
• Thai-style compressions & stretches
• Myofascial & trigger point therapy

Before every session, we’ll discuss your goals, medical history, injuries, and any concerns. I offer light, medium, or firm pressure, with deeper work focused on areas that need extra care.

✨ Optional add-ons to enhance your session:
• CBD-infused oils and salves for pain & stiffness
• Heated Himalayan Salt Stones to melt stress
• Jasmine & Neroli infused oil (a personal favorite!)
