This National Blood Donor Month, Martha Kole-White, MD, a maternal-fetal medicine specialist at Women & Infants Hospital, represented Care New England Health System at a press conference hosted by the Rhode Island Blood Center to raise awareness about the critical need for blood donations.

Dr. Kole-White was among the featured speakers, alongside elected officials, medical professionals, and a patient whose life was saved in part because of blood donations.
