Join us this Sunday, 9/22, at 9:30 AM for a salt marsh beach cleanup!

We need volunteers for both small and large tasks: picking up glass and small metal debris, as well as some muscle to help load the bigger items into the truck.

We’ll be meeting at low-tide across from 7 Province Lands Road, at the little beach inlet.

I’ll bring gloves and buckets for the cleanup, so all you have to do is show up and help.

Please join as we can make a difference together in just one morning!

Our first workshop weekend is coming up with an advanced Somatic Movement Educator!

It’s the perfect weekend to restore fluidity after the summer shuffle, and is open to anyone curious about a deeper sense of embodiment.

Roger will be lead the two workshop days, offer public classes, and give bodywork sessions over the week he’s in town—see details online.
