Food brings people together—especially during the holidays.

At HOW, we believe everyone deserves to share in that joy. On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, our team delivered holiday food boxes from The Family Pantry of Cape Cod to homebound clients across the Outer Cape. Each box was filled with everything needed for a festive meal—from turkeys to pies—so our clients could celebrate with warmth and gratitude. A huge thank you to for making these special deliveries possible and helping us nourish our community!
