Why does it feel so good to float? Over 1,000 pounds of dissolved Epsom Salt support your body weightlessly on the waters surface, allowing you to effortlessly release areas of tension from your neck, shoulders, and spine.

The body gets a 60 minute break from gravity while the mind can have a chance to slow down and relax after constant stimulus.

Our Story

Our story begins Spring Break 2016. We got a call from my brother-in-law telling us we needed to float. He asked us to go to www.truerest.com website. And within an hour, for Spring Break 2016, we jumped into the car, without the children, and headed down to Arizona to float.

Some of the tag lines jumped out at us, “Relax, Repair, Recover, Rejuvenate!” but what really jumped out at us was the fact that the Sensory Deprivation/Float Therapy would help with Chronic Pain.

My wife, Sandy, has had Fibromyalgia, constant nerve pain, muscle pain, and a host of other symptom’s for quite some time. So in my mind we were going to float for my wife’s sake.

Both of our first floats were amazing! After we floated we did the Oxygen Bar in the Oasis Room. When Sandy came out, she asked me how my float was. I told her it was so amazing, I wanted to go on a run. I felt so rejuvenated! All the stress in my body and mind were gone! So refreshing!
