Hi👋🏼 My name is Miranda Clinger (Mir for short) and this is my “wellness collective” page. This is a place where I share my insights and stories surrounding yoga, assisted practitioner stretching and exercise physiology.
This year I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Wellness with a minor in Gerontology.
I’ve been teaching Bikram Yoga (also known as Hot 26/2) for 3 years💚 I currently teach at FreedOM Hot Yoga and Brick Canvas
Along with guiding others through their yoga journey, my personal yoga practice is very important to me. I was introduced to hot yoga in 2016, but have been consistently practicing since 2019 (I’ll save the whole story for another post).
I’ve recently started working at Stretch Zone Orem! As a Stretch Practitioner, I assisting individuals in overcoming years of muscle tension, joint stiffness, and chronic pain, enabling them to reclaim their lives.
Last but not least, I’m currently studying for my exercise physiologist certification, which will lead to creating exercise programs for individuals looking to create healthy habits.
Bottom line is that I love helping others increase the quality of their lives. My motto is to “help others unlock their divine potential through love.”
I can’t wait to share the testimonials of how yoga, assisted stretching and exercise have helped others find hope and live a happier healthier life!
