He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Arizona and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dixie State University (now Utah Tech University).

We are excited to welcome Zeke Wilkerson, FNP-C to our Provo Wound Care
clinic. Zeke Wilkerson, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner who believes excellent primary care starts with strong relationships. He trained at Roseman University of Health Sciences, earning both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Nursing with family nurse practitioner certification. Zeke’s clinical background spans emergency medicine, family practice, and endocrinology — experience that shaped his practical, team-based approach to care.

At Revere Health, Zeke focuses on chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, transitional care management, wound care, and comprehensive primary and family care — with particular interest in endocrine disorders. He’s board-certified as an FNP-C and practices as an APRN. He emphasizes evidence-based treatment plans, clear patient education, and coordinated care across specialties.
