We’re so excited to welcome Paige Clark as the new owner of 3B Movement. 🤍

Paige brings a grounded, caring presence. The kind that helps you feel seen. Safe. Supported. She’s a yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, retreat leader, mother, and someone who deeply understands what it means to hold space for others.

3B has always been more than a studio.
It’s a place to land. To reconnect. To exhale.

Meet Sunny Jensen 🤍

Sunny became a certified yoga instructor in 2017, guided by a deep passion for movement and breath. As a teacher, her intention is to support others in experiencing freedom, energy, joy, strength, ease, and presence — creating space to feel more connected within their own bodies.

That path is what led her to Buti Yoga.

Buti is an ancient Indian Marathi word rooted in Ayurvedic medicine, meaning “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.”

The practice blends powerful yoga asana, primal movement, and dance. Through mat drumming and rhythmic, intuitive motion, we shake out dormant and stagnant stress, realigning with the body, the breath, the heart — and our true nature.

Sunny will be leading our upcoming Buti Yoga Workshop this Saturday at 4:00 PM.
