2025: the year of feeling everything✨
a message from our founder, brittany🌸

2025 was my most favorite year yet.

Not because I manifested some specific milestone or avoided some specific heartbreak. Not because everything went “according to plan” (lol). But because every single morning, I woke up and whispered a tiny resolution to myself:

“Today, I will care the very most about how I feel. Today, I will look for reasons to feel good—and I will find them.”

And guess what?
When I looked, they were there.

Join Christine in the virtual studio for a Solstice Meditation, a quiet pause to reflect, release, and turn toward what’s next. This practice ties beautifully into Christine’s 2026 New Year Celebration & Ceremony on January 1, 2026, from 6–8 pm at The Yoga Underground.

This in-person gathering is a space to honor the past year and step intentionally into the new one through community and ceremony. Together, you’ll share in a talking circle, journaling, slow flow yoga, a meaningful giveaway ceremony, and an immersive sound bath. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and supported as you move into 2026.
