Dr. Jones went 🔥 full fire mode 🔥 and could barely talk after eating the spiciest pepper while breaking down Cervical Acceleration/Deceleration (aka whiplash) — those high-impact crashes that really burn!

Yesterday, we had our Axcess Accident Center team meeting. We got connected to our why and our mission "Living Your Extraordinary Life" - along with that, we reviewed the bluprint of Axcess. This document is the guiding force in how we interact daily. One of the pieces of our bluprint includes being miracle workers. This came to light only hours after our meeting. In our Provo clinic, we had a patient come back an hour after their massage to show us that they could lift their arm above their head. They had been unable to lift their arm for 10 years. This nearly brought the patient to tears. This is one of many examples of where the mission and bluprint of Axcess comes to life. Yesterday was a great day of education and fun for many of the doctors at Axcess. We attended a Personal Injury seminar and continued to learn how to better serve our patients. We also went and supported one of our friends who also helps so many who are injured in auto accidents. We have a passion in helping people recover. Welcome to Memorial Day Weekend and the start of the 100 deadliest days of summer on Utah roads. At Axcess Accident Center we want to make you and others aware of the dangers when not paying attention and also when driving this weekend and into summer. Enjoy this quick video from our doctors at Axcess.

When traveling this summer the first step is to slow down and have patience while driving. Be aware of construction zones and other vehicles on the road. Decrease your distractions while driving (Phone, Radio, GPS, and passengers). Give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination, and be courteous while driving. Overall, be safe out there. We know auto accidents happen, but they are less severe and less of them when we are aware and cautious.
