“I got into therapy because I believe people can make change and it’s one of the most rewarding cool things when they do. When they step forward and take on something that’s scary or uncomfortable and step into the unknown. I love being with people while they make those changes. It’s inspiring.” - Shawn Edgington.

Shawn is a licensed psychologist here at Palisades, and with 30 years of experience he still loves what he does and helps so many clients on their journey to mental wellbeing!

You can book a session with Shawn or if you schedule a free consultation he may be the one you chat with!

An affirmation for your Monday! Sometimes the hardest part of change is allowing yourself to imagine what’s possible. When you believe that your dreams are within reach, your actions start to align with that belief.

Be gentle with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, but it begins the moment you choose to believe in your potential. 🌷
