We are excited to announce that we are upgrading our communication system to provide you with a better healthcare experience. As part of this transition, we would like to inform you that the main phone line for scheduling and billing purposes remains the same at 801-852-0033. Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

What is botox? Botox blocks certain chemical signals from nerves that cause muscles to contract. This prevents wrinkles from forming. The skin overlying the muscles will smooth out.

🤍 How long do the results last? The effects of the injection last 3-6 months. For ideal results, treatment should be repeated.
