A yogi may not begin their practice with the intention to make the world a better place but inevitably that’s what happens. Practicing yoga creates a transformation in an individual. It can inspire you to change your beliefs about yourself and about the world. Inspired people can do amazing things. Now is a really good time to start. In whatever way you believe is fair. By giving of whatever it is that you have to give to benefit someone else. The mission of Yoga Recycled is to inspire you. From a spiritual perspective, people donate their time and effort when they believe they are doing the right thing. Our Founder understands the life-changing value of yoga practice. He has seen and experienced the countless positive benefits that come from learning to endure the physical and mental challenges yoga requires. It’s worth the effort. The benefits far outweigh the costs and so now he wants to remove the cost and instead simply perpetuate the purpose of the practice – inspire people to be better and do good.
