Your body was designed to move a certain way. No medical language or muscle talk here. Just results and simplified explanations. Assessments will be shared and detailed for you. This will ensure we get you out of pain and improve your performance. Once errors in movement are identified, training will correct inefficient patterns with routines and specific regiments. Everything connected and this is a true whole body approach.
