The Department of Education finalized the rules regarding student loans today and MFTs, CMHCs, and CSWs are no longer considered professionals for the purpose of student loan lending. The chart below shows the changes. We're not done advocating and are working with local legislators on possible solutions.

What does The Family: A Proclamation to the World mean today, 30 years after it was first shared?
At a recent BYU conference, President Amy A. Wright reminded students and faculty that “the proclamation is Jesus Christ’s document.”
Speakers, including several faculty from the College of Social Sciences, reflected on the proclamation’s teachings about family, identity, and eternal purpose—sharing how these truths can anchor our lives in a changing world.
